“Perfect 10” Contest Terms & Conditions
1.	Contest runs from 3 September to 11 November 2007 (10 weeks).
2.	Customer must order through online to receive an e-contest form for entry.
3.	E-contest form MUST be fully completed. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4.	Customer will be given one e-contest form per online order/transaction. Minimum order for delivery is 2 Personal Pizzas or 1 Regular pizza.
5.	Each E-contest received can only be submitted one time.
